4. Payment Terms

• We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue by more than 15 days

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Techno Tech Digital and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Custom work created for clients (websites, designs, campaigns) becomes the client's property only after full payment is received
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Third-party tools, plugins, and libraries used in project delivery remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, marketing data, analytics, customer information, and any other sensitive information. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Techno Tech Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns, as outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party platform changes (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

8. Termination & Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• We may immediately terminate services if the client breaches any terms of the agreement
• All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client upon termination
• Any advance payments for undelivered services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to a reasonable cancellation fee

9. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information and services. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
